I just thought that this would be a cool area for information.  I suffer with hypothyroidism (Hashimoto's thyroiditis), asthma, and weight problems (probably because of the thyroid problem).  Anyway, make sure that you ask your doctor to do a thorough routine check-up.  Otherwise, it could mean your life.
